Process study & Requirement gathering
In this stage, our project manager meets the client to understand the course, business process, and design and platform/technology requirements to have a better view of the clients requirements. Terms of cost, effort, schedule, and deliverables and functional specifications are generated in this stage.

Analysis & Design
Experts from project management & software development team analyses the client’s requirements, design the hardware and software architecture and their implications on product development. Based on the analysis, a design specification document is prepared and along with this test plans get generated.

Development & Testing
In this stage, our development team kick starts the actual development of the application where the creation of graphics and coding takes place. All types of testing takes place at the different phases of this stage.

Implementation, Deployment and Training
In this stage, the BETA version of the application is installed for the use of the clients. At the same time extensive training is also provided to the official of corporate client. Once the client is satisfied the actual implementation of the finished application is installed for the use.
